Founded in 1997, STECONFER is a global railway company, powered by a wide network of experts and plant equipment fleet for track works, overhead power lines (catenary), railway signaling, and other rail-based systems. With operations in the Philippines, Canada, Peru, and several other markets in Western Europe, the company boasts a vast project portfolio of rail works and systems across four continents (America, Africa, Asia, and Europe).

Since its establishment, STECONFER’s growth and market leadership have been anchored in its core values of technical excellence, innovation, professionalism, and social responsibility. Today, the group holds the resources, market experience, and wide-ranging expertise to deliver highly technical projects against stringent standards, namely in the installation and maintenance of LRT(Light Rail Transit); Metro and MRT; and general railway systems.

Through significant and continuous investments into training and safety across project delivery stages, STECONFER has built its market name on a commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and stakeholder safety. The company has developed an Integrated Management System in Quality, Environment, and Safety for construction projects pertaining to surface and underground rail lines, as well as to electrical networks (catenary). The system was certified by Bureau Veritas following its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications; RISQS certification in the UK; and COR™ certification by IHSA (Infrastructure Health & Safety Association) in Canada. It has been the driving force behind STECONFER’s global project roster and recognition.
